On behalf of our client, we are looking for potential suppliers in Europe for a complex glas fiber reinforced component
In Europe we evaluate seven suppliers pre-selected by us, this requires a specifically defined evaluation procedure (based on ISO 9001).
Target
- Create a customised assessment procedure
- Supplier evaluation of seven selected suppliers
- The focus here is on the competence analysis of suppliers with modern production processes
Approach
In consultation with the client, we create a questionnaire based on four pillars:
- Technology
- Team
- Management
- Infrastructure
The focus here is on three assessment factors
- Technical competence
- Processual capability
- Methodical ability
Customer benefits
The client receives a detailed rating of all seven suppliers in the core elements. The rating is based on the weighting of the individual questions and results in a performance indicator.
This enables be partner to recommend two suppliers for further contact.
